Frank Inhoff

Frank Inhoff is the founder of Praxis Keystone Geostrategic Solutions, LLC (PKGS), an advisory practice focused on geopolitical risk and international affairs strategy for corporate clients. He brings 30 years of U.S. national security experience, including two decades as a Senior Intelligence Officer in the CIA's Directorate of Operations and a decade of active-duty U.S. Air Force service, with assignments spanning CIA Headquarters, Europe, and the Middle East. His career has centered on counterintelligence, counterterrorism, insider threat, and international security cooperation, including recent work supporting security programs with NATO. Through PKGS, he helps technology companies build strategic connections with defense, government, and allied-partner organizations — vetting those relationships with a counterintelligence eye and opening doors for international market entry and partnership. Since retiring, he continues to support the U.S. Intelligence Community on a part-time basis.

Frank holds a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the Air War College and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland University College, along with a Certificate in Strategic Innovation from Oxford University's Saïd Business School. He received multiple awards from the CIA, ODNI, and the USAF, and is a volunteer mentor with Innovation Works (Pittsburgh's startup accelerator) and a member of the InfraGard Pittsburgh Members Alliance. At Humotech, Frank advises on international affairs and national security matters.
