As we step into Q4, we’re building on an incredible season of growth, collaboration, and recognition at Humotech. From international partnerships to prestigious awards, this past season showcased how our passionate team is working together to drive the future of prosthetics, orthotics, and mobility innovation.
Expanding Our Global Footprint
- ISPO International Congress 2025 – Stockholm, Sweden (June 16–19)
We kicked off the summer at one of the world’s leading gatherings for prosthetics and orthotics, sharing how Humotech is enabling rapid, evidence-based care. It was a special treat to be in the audience of Dr. David Morgenroth’s presentation of our pivotal clinical trial of the prosthetic foot emulator with the VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Minneapolis VA Health Care System, and Brooke Army Medical Center – Center for the Intrepid.
- Open Source Leg Installation & Training – University of Naples Federico II (June 27)
Our team traveled to Naples, Italy to install and train partners on the open source leg platform, fostering global collaboration and advancing open innovation in mobility technology.
- Bio-Connect Partnership Launch – Europe
We announced our strategic partnership with Bio-Connect, expanding access to Humotech’s breakthrough Caplex® System and mobility technologies across Europe.
Advancing Science & Research
- Military Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) – Kissimmee, FL (August 4–7)
We joined leading researchers, clinicians, and innovators advancing health solutions for the military community, and were proud to be a part of this critical community working together to improve human performance and recovery.
- American Society of Biomechanics (ASB) 2025 – Pittsburgh, PA (August 13–16)
A major milestone: Dr. Josh Caputo was honored with the Goel Award for Translational Research in Biomechanics for over a decade of pioneering work translating biomechanics research into real-world solutions.
Accelerating Growth Through Industry Engagement
- Joining the Disabled Life Alliance Innovation Gateway
Humotech was invited to be part of this forward-thinking ecosystem driving inclusive technology innovation for people with disabilities.
- American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) National Assembly – Orlando, FL (September 3–6)
Connecting with clinicians and industry leaders to shape the future of prosthetics and orthotics.
- New York Venture Summit – New York, NY (September 9–10)
Engaging with investors and innovators passionate about the intersection of healthcare and cutting-edge technology.
- Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures (MADV) Fall Forum – Philadelphia, PA (September 18)
Dr. Caputo showcased how Humotech is transforming the $15B prosthetics & orthotics market through precision, evidence-based tools for clinicians and researchers.
- Life Sciences Future – King of Prussia, PA (September 25–26)
We wrapped up Q3 connecting with leaders across the PA life sciences ecosystem, strengthening our network for future collaborations.
