Max Fratoddi

Global Security and Risk Management Advisor

Max Fratoddi is a senior manager and board leader with more than 40 years of experience in national security, law enforcement, and corporate risk management. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with service in Vietnam, Max went on to a accomplished 25-year career with the FBI, holding investigative, supervisory, management, and executive positions across the Middle East, Asia, South Asia, and Europe. His leadership focused on counterterrorism, counterintelligence, international operations, and strategic intelligence sharing.

Following his government service, Max advised the Department of Defense in Iraq on counterterrorism and counterinsurgency, and managed training programs at the Joint Afghan Training Center in Kabul. He continues to support the U.S. Department of State’s Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program, strengthening global security partnerships through training and advisory work.

As President of Private Investigation Services Group, Max helped built a firm specializing in corporate due diligence, litigation support, and risk management consulting. He has also served on nonprofit boards and task forces combatting human trafficking, reflecting his commitment to integrity and humanitarian service.

Max’s unique blend of military service, global security leadership, and board governance experience positions him to help support technology innovation that directly benefits our military heroes. A proud member of the American Legion and the Vietnam Veterans of America, he is particularly focused on providing a secure environment for companies that embrace innovation in prosthetic technologies that accelerates recovery outcomes, restores independence, and improves quality of life for military members, veterans and their families, and first responders in service to their country.
