Vik enjoys helping organizations from both the inside and from the outside. He has spent the last thirty years combining experience in consulting, law, and executive management. He started as a management consultant with firms including Deloitte and Oliver Wyman. He then transitioned into industry. Vik served as an executive at Highmark, and then as the CEO of a venture funded start-up company. Most recently he served as CEO and General Counsel of a complex clinical laboratory. 

 Vik earned his JD from Stanford Law School in 1995 and then received an MPH at Johns Hopkins in 1996. He earned his BA from George Washington University.

 Vik has called Pittsburgh “home” for over twenty-seven years and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
