TES-001 ISO 10328-Style Prosthetic Foot Testing Rig
The TES-001 is a prosthetic foot testing rig designed in accordance with the industry standard ISO 10328:2016 test method for structural testing of lower-limb prostheses.This system provides instrumented force-controlled heel and keel loading across the full range of P levels and cyclic load frequencies described in the standard. Force is controlled by our off-board Full-Sized Actuator Units (Single-Axis or Multi-Axis) and Control System. The rig is instrumented with load cells (for measurement of heel and keel loads) as well as string potentiometers (for measurement of displacements). Therefore, not only can the TES-001 be used to perform structural testing, it can also characterize the force-deflection characteristics of prosthetic feet for benchmarking, emulation, and beyond.
